What happens when your minutes finish?
- The AI stops and callers are put through to your own phone, so no call is lost.
- There is never an extra bill. You only pay when you choose to renew or buy a top-up.
- We remind you at 80% used, and 3 days and 1 day before your plan ends.
Questions
How long does a plan last?
30 days from the day your payment is confirmed. Minutes that are left unused end with the 30 days. Yearly plans give you 12 periods of 30 days, and your minutes start fresh in each one.
Is GST extra? Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Prices are before 18% GST. Every payment gets a GST invoice that you can download from the Billing page, and we email you a link.
Is a phone number included?
Yes. Every plan includes the number of phone numbers shown on its card. Extra numbers are an add-on.
Which languages can the AI speak?
11 Indian languages. Lite includes Hindi, English and one local language of your choice. Starter and Business let you choose any 6, and Pro all 11.
Can I change my plan?
You can move to a bigger plan any time and pay only the difference for the days left. A smaller plan starts from your next period.
What about refunds?
You pay for the 30 days (or the year) you buy, and unused minutes do not carry over. If a payment went wrong or you have a question, write to us and we will look into it.
