Terms of service

These terms are between MK Solutions ("we") and the business that subscribes to MK Voice AI ("you"). By using the service you accept them.

The service

An AI agent answers calls to the phone numbers you route to us, captures enquiries, sends WhatsApp messages you have enabled, transfers callers to your staff and shows calls and leads in a dashboard. The agent uses only the rooms, tariffs, packages and answers you give us; you keep them accurate.

Plans, usage and payment

  • You pay the monthly price of your plan plus GST, and a one-time setup fee. Prices are on our plans section.
  • Minutes beyond your plan are charged at your plan's per-minute rate on the next bill. AI plans are billed per second; Basic IVR in 60-second pulses.
  • We tell you on WhatsApp when you reach 80% and 100% of your included minutes.
  • Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
  • If a payment fails, you have 7 days to pay. After that the AI agent is paused and calls go straight to your staff until payment is made.
  • A plan's price for you does not change during your subscription unless you change plan.

Your responsibilities

  • Tell your customers that calls may be answered by an AI and recorded (the agent also says this at the start of every call).
  • Use caller data only to respond to their enquiries, and act on deletion requests from your callers.
  • Do not use the service for unsolicited marketing calls or messages.

Data

We process caller data on your behalf as described in our privacy policy, including the retention periods.

Availability and support

We aim for 99% monthly availability of call answering. [Confirm: support hours and channels.]

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time; the service runs until the end of the paid period. We may suspend the service for non-payment or misuse. After cancellation, transcripts and leads are deleted after 60 days.
